Wrike in the numbers 2022 campaign

The backbone of our services at Wrike is efficiency. It's no surprise that in 2022, Wrike users remarkably completed a staggering total of 87M tasks. 😲 Recognizing our users' extraordinary achievements, we launched the Year in Review campaign. 

It all started with brainstorming sessions and formulating the visual concept as we wrestled with ideas and potential limitations.​​​​​​​
Subsequent to giving the green light to the concept, we produced numerous illustrations. These visuals reinforced the statistics we highlighted such as the number of Wrike users in 2022, the total tasks accomplished, the day with the highest Wrike users activity
and so on.​​​​​​​

The approach taken with the campaign was straightforward yet impactful. Just before the holiday season, we dispatched customized emails to Wrike users, celebrating their paramount achievements throughout the year. We also included fun facts like the total count of emojis used by users in their work chats or the number of times they received mentions in work tasks. 

For non-Wrike users, we paraded our most impressive numbers.​​​​​​​
The emails directed users to a dedicated landing page for additional information. This page showcased a blend of personal and collective Wrike successes. For an amplified engagement, we furnished a delightful quiz illustrated by an engaging character. Furthermore, we localized the emails and LPs to cater to our vast user base.​​​​​​​
The hard work paid off tremendously as echoed in the overwhelmingly positive feedback from our users. They derived immense pleasure in sharing their accomplishment page with peers and colleagues, showcasing their year-long strides.
